Chris 
Chris’ primary role within Cotswold Land & Finance is to identify sites for residential redevelopment and negotiate with landowners to ensure the best possible value is achieved for all parties. Chris uses his extensive knowledge of the local area to quickly establish the future development potential across existing brown field, commercial and residential sites. 
 
Chris has spent 16 years in the property sector which includes land agency, finance and legal across both the Cotswolds and London. Chris’ expertise sits within the technical end-to-end development process, as well as the relationship management between business and client. 
 
In his spare time, Chris enjoys rugby, football, attending Cheltenham Festivals and travelling with his two children. 
Oliver 
Oliver’s primary roles within Cotswold Land & Finance revolve around site appraisals, project management and sales. 
 
Coming from a senior retail management background and also being a Director of a leading local Estate Agency, Oliver is truly passionate about property and obsessive about attention to detail. 
 
He is hands-on and rarely switches off, but when he’s not helping the team he enjoys spending time with his wife and their very energetic daughter Bella. 
Miles 
Miles’ strengths lie in collaborating with all parties involved in land procurement and development to ensure a smooth and efficient process is undertaken each and every time we get involved in a site/project. 
 
Miles has worked in the Financial Services industry for 10 years now, and also runs his own Mortgage Advice firm with David, which only helps to strengthen our financial backing for each transaction we undertake. 
 
Work ethic is so important in this industry and Miles strives to better this each day. Besides this, he loves spending time with his partner Joyce and dog Chester in the countryside, as well as biking, swimming and playing squash. 
David 
David has spent over 14 years in the Financial Services industry and has over 10 years' managerial experience. His primary role within Cotswold Land & Finance is to ensure that the finances are all in order and the general day-to-day tasks of the business are undertaken and completed. 
 
Having partnered with Miles in setting-up their own mortgage brokerage, he understands the level of time, effort and detail needed to get projects off the ground. As well as looking into the finances required where necessary, he supports the other team members in liaising with other property specialists and managing each project to completion. 
 
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his young family, seeing what the Cotswolds’ have to offer and, outside of his business and family commitments, playing as much golf possible.
